The letter may be mailed or dropped off at Our Town's City Hall addressed to Nancy Bowron, Secretary, CAC, city of New Baltimore grammar school golf ,

How about the person who devotes unselfish volunteer hours for the betterment of Our Town? Who helps with projects or events because they care? The nominee must be a citizen, but it is not necessary that he/she be a committee chair or a noted leader. Everyone is busy, but somehow certain people are able to find extra time to give and they use it. The 2010 winner was Jack Hayman. A tireless volunteer, Jack served on many boards, a Boy Scout troop leader, managed several little league teams, coached boys hockey and girls track and field.
